Mike Evans Records Seventh 1,000 Yard Season
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans became the first player in NFL history to begin their career with seven-consecutive seasons of 1,000 receiving yards. The Pro Football Hall of Fame collected the jersey and gloves worn by Evans in the Buccaneers’ 44-27 victory over the Atlanta Falcons on Jan. 3, 2021 to commemorate his record-setting performance.
Evans finished the 2020 season with 1,006 receiving yards moving his career total to 8,266 yards. His jersey and gloves are now on display for visitors in the Hall’s Pro Football Today Gallery.
