Do you know how outstanding a player must be to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame after playing as few games as Gale Sayers or Tony Boselli?
Ron Mix asks that rhetorical question in a column he wrote for the TrojansWire.com website shortly after Boselli was named a member of the Hall of Fame’s Class of 2022.
Mix, a member of the Hall’s Class of 1979 and like Boselli an offensive tackle at the University of Southern California before playing professionally, makes a case that USC has become “Tackle U.”
