Jersey on display at Hall of Fame celebrates Justin Jefferson milestone
During the Vikings’ 23-13 victory over the Tennessee Titans on Nov. 17, 2024, Jefferson surpassed Torry Holt for the most receiving yards by any player in his first five NFL seasons. He accomplished the feat with seven games still to play in his fifth season and after missing seven games in the 2023 season.
Jefferson’s five-year mark of 6,811 career receiving yards eclipsed Holt’s 6,784.
Along his journey, Jefferson also set the pace for most receiving yards through two NFL seasons (3,016), three seasons (4,825) and four seasons (5,899).
The Pro Football Hall of Fame received the jersey Jefferson wore while playing the Titans and has placed it on display in the Hall’s “Pro Football Today Gallery.”
