Eligibility criteria

• Nominees must be active or retired professionals in one of the following fields: firefighter/EMT, police officer, nurse, teacher, veteran or coach.
• Nominations must be submitted by a friend, family member, colleague or a member of the community.
• Self-nominations are not accepted.
