Hall of Fame adds to Super Bowl Experience
This year, for the 60th edition of the big game, the Hall unveiled a new-look display which told the story of not only professional football, but the Hall of Fame as well.
Starting with the Hall’s mission to “Honor the Greatest of the Game, Preserve its History, Promote its Values and Celebrate Excellence Together,” fans could learn all about Football’s Greatest Weekend and why the Hall is located in Canton. They could even check out some artifacts from the famous Canton Bulldogs.
Fan of a certain team or Hall of Famer? The exhibit included the name of every Hall of Famer as well, highlighted by the Class of 2025 enshrinees – ERIC ALLEN, JARED ALLEN, ANTONIO GATES and STERLING SHARPE. Fans were also able to learn how these NFL Legends become Hall of Famers through the selection process. Highlighted here was the famed “Knock on the Door” videos, when the newest Hall of Famers find out they will be enshrined from fellow Hall of Famers.

Why the Super Bowl? The Hall of Fame has a notable presence during Super Bowl week, including “Sizing Saturday.” This event is where each new class member gets sized for their Bronze Bust, Gold Jacket created by Haggar and the Hall of Fame Ring of Excellence created by Kay Jewelers.
The Hall also sent artifacts to give fans a taste of what Canton has to offer, including, but not limited to, JOE THOMAS’ Air Force 1 shoes, Tom Brady’s Draft Card, a plaster mold of JIM BROWN’s Bust, a Brock Purdy San Francisco 49ers jersey and game-worn shoes from 49ers tight end George Kittle.
The display was part of Super Bowl Experience, located at the Moscone Center.
