Hall of Famers Host Virtual Wine Tasting for Charity

Members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame share many passions outside of the Game, demonstrated both during and after their playing careers.

And wine — as aficionados or even as growers and producers — is one such endeavor.

Hall of Famers Ronnie Lott, Marcus Allen and Charles Haley are taking their passion for wine, for football and for helping kids to raise money for a nonprofit organization in the San Francisco Bay Area that helps move youngsters from poverty to prosperity.

The three are partnering with Jackson Family Wines for a special “Wine Huddle” on Sept. 23. Registration fees and 10 percent of all wine sales from the exclusive event will go to the organization, All-Stars Helping Kids.
