Cornerback Herman Edwards scooped up a fumble and ran 26 yards with 20 seconds remaining to extend the Eagles' winning streak to three games.
The Giants jumped to a 14-0 first period lead as Joe Pisarcik (13 of 23 for 181 yards and two touchdowns) fired scoring passes to Bobby Hammond and Johnny Perkins.
A short scoring run by Mike Hogan narrowad tha gap to 17-13 with 3:59 left. Philadelphia's Wilbert Montgomery led all rushers with 88 yards on 22 carries.
