Our Hospitality staff will directly coordinate and fulfill your audio-visual needs. Our event spaces contain everything you need, including:
- Event Center — projectors and large drop down screens along with a 36-foot-by-10-foot video wall
- Gold Jacket Lounge — Large LED Screen, podiums with wired microphones, wireless microphones (handheld and lavaliere)
- Blu-Ray player (Event Center), HDMI and VGA connectivity and select television networks available.
Capabilities include:
- Connect your laptop to one of multiple HDMI/VGA connections located throughout event spaces
- Projectors mounted to the ceiling in the Event Center
- Large LED Screen in Gold Jacket Lounge
- Use of up to three (3) wired microphones and 12 wireless microphones in the Event Center
- Use of up to one (1) wired microphone and two (2) wireless microphones in the Gold Jacket Lounge
- View NFL Bloopers, other available NFL Films, NFL Network, ESPN and/or select other networks available to be displayed on screens
- Staging available at an additional cost
- Recording services available at an additional cost
- Polycom unit and speakers available for conference calls at an additional cost
- You may provide your own videographer. XLR/Press Feed available for audio within Event Center
- Customizable photo experiences available at an additional cost
- You may provide your own photographer. Photos are permitted buildingwide with the exception of inside "A Game for Life Theater" and "Super Bowl Theater"
