The latest edition of “The Mission” podcast will feature the stories of the Hall of Famers that recently participated in delivering the good news to the members of the Class of 2022 that they had been elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Starting this series is the NFL’s first five-time Super Bowl champion and one of the league’s most disruptive pass rushers for the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys, Charles Haley.
Haley, a member of the Hall of Fame’s Class of 2015, was overjoyed to honor and welcome 49ers’ legend Bryant Young into the Hall of Fame.
“Wow, I’m going to induct a guy into the Hall of Fame,” Haley said when he received notice from the Hall requesting him to be the first person to inform Young of his election to the Class of 2022.
“I got an opportunity to enjoy with another man, his football career. I will cherish this moment for the rest of my life.”
