Q: What are my options if I purchased a ticket?
A: Original ticket purchasers will have the option to retain their respective tickets for the Centennial Class of 2020 Enshrinement and/or the 2020 Hall of Fame Game in 2021 OR request a refund. Your 2020 Enshrinement ticket will be valid for the Centennial Class of 2020 Enshrinement in 2021. Your 2020 Hall of Fame Game Ticket will be valid for the 2021 Hall of Fame Game, which is set for Thursday, Aug. 5.
Q: Can I keep the same seat?
A: In most cases, you will be able to sit in the same seat you purchased. In the event that your seat is unavailable, you will have the option to upgrade at no additional cost.

A: The Hall of Fame will refund original ticket purchasers for the total ticket amount as detailed below.
Refunds must be requested by filling out the request form above or below. A printable version of the form will also be available for download and paper copies will be on hand at the Hall of Fame Ticket Office to fill out.

2020 Pro Football Hall of Fame Game and Enshrinement Postponed

As a public health precaution, the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce are rescheduling all events associated with the 2020 Enshrinement Week Powered by Johnson Controls for Aug. 5-9, 2021.
Fans may retain their tickets for the rescheduled 2020 Hall of Fame Game and/or Enshrinement Ceremony honoring the 2020 Centennial Class OR they can apply for a refund. Fans who hold their tickets also will receive a 25 percent discount on Hall of Fame merchandise purchased before March 31, 2021 and an opportunity to upgrade seat locations (if available).
The sold-out matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dallas Cowboys will be played on Thursday night, Aug. 5, 2021, kicking off a full slate of events tied to honoring the Centennial Class of 2020 and the Class of 2021. This year’s game between the two storied franchises sold out in 22 minutes.
Fans who retain their tickets for the Enshrinement of the Centennial Class of 2020 may hold those seats AND be part of the presale of tickets for the Enshrinement honoring the Class of 2021, which will be held separately. The Enshrinement for the Centennial Class of 2020 is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 7, 2021 and the Enshrinement for the Class of 2021 is scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 8, 2021.
