A Hall of Fame Welcome for the NFL Draft Committee

Yesterday, The Pro Football Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Browns and the cities of Canton and Cleveland  hosted the NFL 2019 Draft representatives for on site visits for final inspection of the Cleveland/Canton draft bid.

Canton/Cleveland are one of five finalists as potential cities to host the draft in 2019-2020.

For the first time ever, a bid city staged a rally of support for all the representatives when they walked on the stage at Tom Benson Hall of Fame stadium, which will be the site if Canton hosts Day 3 of the NFL 2019 Draft.

The rally was aired live on the Emmy award winning Good Morning Football show on NFL network, with Hall of Fame President David Baker and Deputy Mayor of Canton Fonda Williams addressing the nation.

Media members were also on hand to cover the event. Here’s what they had to say about Canton and Cleveland potentially hosting the NFL Draft.
