Chiefs Set Record with 8 Rushing TDs
The Kansas City Chiefs made history during Week 7 of the 2004 NFL season when running backs Priest Holmes and Derrick Blaylock each rushed for four touchdowns during the team's 56-10 win over the Atlanta Falcons. The eight rushing TDs in one game surpassed the seven running scores recorded by the Los Angeles Rams in a 1976 win that also came at the hands of the Falcons.
