Franco coming to Canton
Class of 1990 enshrinee Franco Harris will make two public appearances in Canton on Thursday, Dec. 10. The Hall of Fame running back will be on hand at two separate locations as part of a special Miller promotion.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame has hooked up with Miller for a promotion that includes the bronze bust image of four Hall of Famers on a specially made Miller Lite pint glasses and 24 oz. cans. The enshrinees featured in the series include Harris, Barry Sanders, Thurman Thomas, and Paul Warfield.
Harris will be on hand to greet the public at the Giant Eagle on the Strip (6493 Strip Avenue NW, North Canton, OH 44720, 330-497-7902) from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and then at the Circle K on Fulton Road (2535 Fulton Road NW, Canton, OH 44708, 330-452-6534) near the Hall of Fame from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. There is no cost for fans and the public is allowed to take pictures and get autographs during the events.
Miller will donate $.25 per each case of the Miller product to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinee Assistance Fund.Andre Tippett's helmet
