VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S., who physically reside in one of the 50 U.S., who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on February 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Pro Football Hall of Fame, Members of the Board of Trustees, Pro Football Hall of Fame Preferred Hotels, City Visitor, Inc. and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, or any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and households (including children, spouses and siblings and/or persons living in the same households as such persons, whether related or not), are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Stay with any of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Preferred Hotel Partners on a Pro Football Hall of Fame Package and receive a pre-addressed entry postcard upon check-in. Complete all required fields and mail to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Attn: Preferred Hotel Sweepstakes, 2121 George Halas Dr. NW, Canton, OH 44708 (postcard is pre-addressed). Postcard must be received by the Pro Football Hall of Fame during the "Sweepstakes Entry Period". No purchase necessary to enter. Sweepstakes entry postcard may be requested by mailing a self-addressed, postage paid envelope to: Pro Football Hall of Fame, Attn: Preferred Hotel Sweepstakes Entry Request, 2121 George Halas Dr. NW, Canton, OH 44708. Allow 5 business days for receipt of the entry postcard. Complete all required fields and mail to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Attn: Preferred Hotel Sweepstakes, 2121 George Halas Dr. NW, Canton, OH 44708 (postcard is pre-addressed). Postcard must be received by the Pro Football Hall of Fame during the "Sweepstakes Entry Period".

3. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE "ARV": On or about January 3, 2013 a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period for the following prize: One (1) Grand Prize – Class of 2012 Autographed Football. Winner will be notified by email or phone and must respond to any attempted notification within 10 business days. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited.

TERMS OF SUBMISSION: By entering, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Additionally, by entering, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Official Rules and you accept these Official Rules together with all of the policies referenced herein and agree to abide by its terms and conditions, as they may be amended from time to time, and all applicable rules and regulations.

4. GENERAL RULES: Pro Football Hall of Fame, Members of the Board of Trustees, Pro Football Hall of Fame Preferred Hotels, City Visitor, Inc. and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, or any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes are not responsible for lost sweepstakes entry postcards or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other such information or the failure to capture any such information.

Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in the Pro Football Hall of Fame's sole discretion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole discretion of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, corrupt or impair the administration security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, the Pro Football Hall of Fame reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes in a manner which in its sole discretion is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, advertising and promotion agencies, and website providers/web masters, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission from Sponsor and their designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice, and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and world wide web, in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

6. CONDITIONS: By entering a Submission, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Pro Football Hall of Fame, its Board Members, Officers and Employees, Pro Football Hall of Fame Preferred Hotels, City Visitor, Inc. and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, or any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes as well as the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of any of the foregoing entities, for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of an entrant's entry submittal and/or its contents or by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. If any portion of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, for any reason, that portion shall be severed from the rest and shall not affect the agreement to resolve all controversies and claims through arbitration. Claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees or any other damages of any kind. These Official Rules supercede any and all agreements or communications of any kind between you and the Sponsor or anyone associated with the Sweepstakes, and cannot be modified or waived except in writing and unless properly signed.
