New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees finished the 2010 season with 448 completions. In doing so, he entered the all-time list in the 12th position. Peyton Manning continued to close the gap on Hall of Famer Dan Marino* by completing 450 passes; a new single-season record.
Top 20 - Passer Rating
Philip Rivers posted the second highest passer rating in the NFL during the 2010 season. The San Diego Chargers quarterback completed 357 of 541 passes for 4,710 yards, 30 TDs, 13 INT for a 101.8 rating. He now ranks as the second highest rated passer of all-time.
