Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints threw 448 passes in 2010 which upped his career total to 4,822 pass attempts. That number moved him into the Top 20 all-time leaders in pass attempts and lands him at No. 19, bumping Hall of Fame QB Troy Aikman* off the list.
