2012 Finalists comparative stats: Offensive Linemen Honors

Four of the finalists for the Class of 2012 are offensive linemen. Dermontti Dawson would become the ninth center to be elected to the Hall of Fame. Willie Roaf would join 18 tackles in Canton if he were elected. Will Shields and senior candidate Dick Stanfel would become the 14th and/or 15th guards in the Hall of Fame.
Shields is in his first year of eligibility while Dawson, Roaf and Stanfel all have been finalists in the past.

Kevin Greene and Charles Haley, both of whom played at defensive end also, are the two linebackers among the 17 finalists for the Class of 2012. This is the first time that Greene has been a finalist while Haley is a finalist for the third straight year.
