Draft cards
History

A rite of spring in the football world is the annual NFL draft held each April. Shortly after the draft, the Pro Football Hall of Fame receives a package from the league containing cards used during the event. The 5”x4” cards are the ones that each NFL team representative delivers to the league staff at the draft with the official selection of their draft choice.
The Hall’s collection contains these draft cards going back to the late 1990s. The complete set of cards used in April’s 2012 NFL Draft at Radio City Music Hall in New York City was recently donated to the Hall of Fame.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame houses the world’s largest collection of artifacts and documents related to professional football.
