Published on : 6/29/2013
The Long family are no strangers to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Former Raiders great Howie Long was enshrined into the Hall of Fame in 2000. Two of his sons (Chris and Kyle) were drafted into the NFL and made required visits to the Hall of Fame as part of the league’s rookie symposium.
Shown above in the top photo is the Long family on the day of Howie’s induction on July 29, 2000 that includes Chris (second from right) and Kyle (far left). The lower right photo is a shot of Chris Long during his visit with fellow St. Louis Rams rookies on June 7, 2008; and lower left is Kyle Long who visited the Hall of Fame with NFC rookies on June 29, 2013.
