The Mission: 'Road to Canton' feat. LeRoy Butler
HOF Productions had the honor of continuing the Class of 2021 Finalist interview series with Green Bay Packers legend LeRoy Butler.
Butler had a renowned career playing strong safety with the Packers for 12 seasons while starting 165 games.
He earned four trips to the Pro Bowl and four first-team All-Pro honors in addition to being named as one of the safeties on the NFL’s All-Decade Team of the 1990s.
Known as the creator of the “Lambeau Leap,” Butler shared in-depth stories with “The Mission” about the resurgence of Titletown, U.S.A., when the club hired Pro Football Hall of Famer Ron Wolf and head coach Mike Holmgren.
The former FSU Seminole also broke down the infamous “Puntrooskie” play called by head coach Bobby Bowden.
