'The Mission': Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2021's Alan Faneca

Throughout the ’22 NFL season, the vision of "The Mission" podcast is to connect viewers and listeners with Hall of Famers, to help break down some of the league’s primetime matchups, historical matchups and current news storylines, and to learn about the treasured life lessons the game of football has taught these gridiron warriors.
To help look ahead to this year’s championship game, joining "The Mission" is Pittsburgh Steelers legend and Super Bowl XL champion ALAN FANECA, a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2021.
Considered one of the greatest guards in NFL history, Faneca was a mauler in the run game who helped his Steelers secure nine Top 10 rankings in rushing offense during his 10 seasons in Pittsburgh.
In fact, during his rookie season, Faneca earned All-Rookie Team honors and helped future Hall of Fame running back JEROME BETTIS rush for 1,185 yards.
On "The Mission," Faneca relives special moments of Super Bowl XL, how his team dedicated its championship victory to Bettis, who is a Detroit native, and much more!
