With one passing and one rushing touchdown in the Buffalo Bills’ 31-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys, quarterback Josh Allen now stands alone in the NFL record book.

The two-touchdown performance in Week 15 marked his 10th game with both a touchdown pass and a rushing touchdown during the 2023 season, surpassing Kyler Murray (nine games in 2020) for the most such games in a season.

An 11-play, 86-yard drive that spanned the opening minutes of the second quarter saw Allen throw an 18-yard touchdown pass to running back James Cook. Late in the second quarter, with the Bills leading 14-3, Allen scored on a 1-yard run to bolster the Bills’ lead before halftime.

Allen, who had 25 touchdown passes and 10 rushing touchdowns after Week 15, became the third quarterback in NFL history with at least 25 touchdown passes and 10 rushing touchdowns in a season, joining Murray (2020) and Cam Newton (2015).

Allen’s game-worn jersey from Week 15 has been placed on display in the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s “Pro Football Today Gallery.”
