Accessibility

The Pro Football Hall of Fame is committed to providing all visitors, regardless of ability, with an enjoyable and inspiring experience. We strive to offer a welcoming environment that allows all visitors to learn and enjoy the history of the game.

 

Accessible Restrooms

All restrooms are accessible on both the main floor and second floor.  A family restroom is located outside the museum store.

ASL Assisted Insider's Tours

This docent led tour give visitors a new perspective on the history of the Game and context for the diversity of our collection and exhibits. ASL interpreters will be available to assist on Insider’s Tours twice a month, on the first and third Saturday of every month.

These tours are available at 11am and last between 1-1 ½ hours. Tickets must be purchased online or at the front desk as space is limited.

Elevators

Visitors can explore the museum with elevators in two separate locations.

Parking

Designated accessible parking is available in our lower-level parking lot (closest to the building). There are power assist doors located at the museum’s main entrance.

Seating

Seating is found throughout the museum for visitors.

Sensory Bags

Sensory Bags are available at the front desk upon request for individuals with sensory issues. These bags can be checked out with a visitor’s ID. Included in these bags are fidget toys, noise muffling headphones, nonverbal cards, stress balls, and sensory identifying lanyards. Weighted lap pads are also available.

Guests can use this map (Click to Access Map) to navigate the building and its environmental stimulus.  Maps are also available at the front desk when purchasing tickets.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome at the museum. 

Social Story

Guests may use this booklet (Click to Access Booklet) with large photos and descriptive narrative to prepare themselves for their trip to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Touch Tours

Guests who are blind or have low vision are welcome to request a Hall of Fame Touch Tour.  This special program allows guests to explore the Pro Football Hall of Fame through their sense of touch. A docent will assist the visitors though the galleries, providing detailed descriptions and tactile football pieces to experience. Please request your Touch Tour a week in advance.

Wheelchairs

The museum is wheelchair accessible throughout. Ramps are available where there is a change in floor height. Wheelchairs are available free of charge at the front desk.  Advance reservations are not required. Motorized wheelchairs are also permitted in the museum.
