Week 13 - Memorable Matchups
Here are recaps of several games over the years between the Packers and Bears.

The storied rivalry between Chicago and Green Bay began as two charter members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Earl "Curly" Lambeau and George Halas took the field. Lambeau missed a field goal attempt and had another one blocked allowing Chicago to take a 14-point lead. Halas concluded the day's scoring with a 10-yard TD reception in the fourth quarter.
December 6, 1931 - Chicago 7, GREEN BAY 6
John "Blood" McNally and the Packers silenced Bears stars Harold "Red" Grange and Bronko Nagurski but were not able to leave the field victorious. Bears DB Carl Brumbaugh stunned the Packers with an interception in the opening drive. This led to a Joseph Lintzenich TD reception. McNally caught a pass, beat Nagurski, and found the end zone to give the Packers their only score. The Bears held on to the lead following the failed point after attempt.
December 14, 1941 - CHICAGO 33, Green Bay 14 (Divisional Playoff)
Chicago and Green Bay met at Wrigley Field for the third time in 1941 to decide the Western Division champions. Both teams recorded a 10-1 regular season record with their only losses coming against each other. Clarke Hinkle opened up the scoring with a 1-yard run as the Packers assumed the lead. Green Bay's lead was short-lived as the Bears scored 24 unanswered points in the second quarter to earn a berth in the NFL title game.
December 15, 1968 - GREEN BAY 28, Chicago 27
Trailing 28-10 in the fourth quarter the Bears rallied to score 17 points. With less than one minute remaining and down by a single point, the Bears embarked on a potential game-winning drive. However, before they were able to get into field goal range, the Bears were thwarted when Packers great Ray Nitschke intercepted a Jack Concannon pass to seal the win for the Packers.

November 7, 1971 - GREEN BAY 17, Chicago 14
Playing in their new home, Soldier Field, and with sights set on a divisional championship, the Bears hosted Green Bay. The underdog Packers stunned Chhicago by scoring a pair of TDs and holding the Bears scoreless through the first half. The Bears rallied in the fourth quarter to tie the game at 14. The Packers began a drive late in the fourth quarter that ended with a game-winning field goal by kicker Lou Michaels.
September 11, 1995 - GREEN BAY 27, Chicago 24
All three of Green Bay's TDs came through the air as Brett Favre completed 21 of 37 passes for 312 yards. Chicago trailed 24-7 to start the second half but began to rally with a TD in each of the remaining quarters. Kicker Kevin Butler brought the Bears to within three points following a late field goal but the Packers were able to hold off the Bears for the win.
