Milestones
Each Wednesday throughout the 2005 NFL season, Profootballhof.com examines a current NFL record.
LaDainian Tomlinson tied the 40-year old record set by Hall of Fame Lenny Moore. Both scored touchdowns in 18 consecutive games. Tomlinson could break the mark during Week 7 action as the San Diego Chargers travel to Philadelphia to face the Eagles.
Moore set the record during an 18-game span between 1963-1965. The last time Tomlinson failed to find the end zone was during Week 3 of the 2004 season.
