• NFL game ball signed by Kurt Warner from the Rams’ 23-16 win over the Tennessee Titans in Super Bowl XXXIV. • Warner’s jersey worn in Super Bowl XXXIV. • Warner’s jersey he wore and a football he threw in a game against the San Diego Chargers on Oct. 1, 2000. That day he became the second QB in history to record a perfect passer rating (158.3) twice in his career. • His jersey and the ball he threw against the New York Giants on Nov. 23, 2008 when he reached the 40,000-yard mark of his professional career (that included NFL Europe, Arena Football, and NFL passing yards). |
Warner, a 12-year NFL veteran, completed his first 15 throws and finished the game 24 of 26 for 243 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
On Monday, Hall of Fame officials reached out to the Cardinals inquiring about mementos from the historic performance. Warner’s jersey and a football from the Week 2 contest will be shipped to Canton and placed on exhibit in the Hall’s Pro Football Today Gallery.
