Kurt Warner mementos in the Hall’s collection
• NFL game ball signed by Kurt Warner from the Rams’ 23-16 win over the Tennessee Titans in Super Bowl XXXIV.
• Warner’s jersey worn in Super Bowl XXXIV.
• Warner’s jersey he wore and a football he threw in a game against the San Diego Chargers on Oct. 1, 2000. That day he became the second QB in history to record a perfect passer rating (158.3) twice in his career.
• His jersey and the ball he threw against the New York Giants on Nov. 23, 2008 when he reached the 40,000-yard mark of his professional career (that included NFL Europe, Arena Football, and NFL passing yards).
His 92.3 completion rate surpassed the mark set by Vinny Testaverde of the Cleveland Browns in 1993. Testaverde was 21 of 23 against the Los Angeles Rams on Dec. 26, 1993 for a completion percentage of 91.30.

Warner, a 12-year NFL veteran, completed his first 15 throws and finished the game 24 of 26 for 243 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

On Monday, Hall of Fame officials reached out to the Cardinals inquiring about mementos from the historic performance. Warner’s jersey and a football from the Week 2 contest will be shipped to Canton and placed on exhibit in the Hall’s Pro Football Today Gallery.
