Redskins rookie record
The football from the milestone kick was promptly retrieved by a team official and earmarked for Canton to be added to the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s collection. The memento (below) arrived at the museum on Wednesday.
Forbath, who played his college football at UCLA, spent the 2011 season on the Dallas Cowboys reserve/non-football injury list before being cut this past April. He was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but released before the regular season. The Redskins brought him aboard in October.
